Our Vision and Aims

We believe that Jesus sends his Church into every corner of the world to proclaim his good news. The aim of the Ministry Training Scheme, therefore, is to develop and equip men and women to be gospel workers wherever God calls them. Over the years we’ve released scores of Christian leaders into mission fields and churches all over the world.

We will start accepting applications for the 2022-23 academic year on 1 Dec 2021. We have space for 12 trainees each year and applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the application deadline of 31 May 2022.

Ministry Trainee Testimonials

“During my time as a ministry trainee at All Souls I worked in the student ministry for a year after graduating from university. God taught me so much about his grace and how his love frees me to worship and serve him. It was the perfect stepping stone from student life into the world of work. I now work in publishing as an editor and feel very blessed to live as an ambassador for Christ as he continues to disciple me each day.”
Jess Lacey (Ministry Trainee, 2015–16)

“The ministry trainee programme was a wonderful and valuable time for me to learn foundational theology, grow deeper in my relationship with God whilst having the privilege of serving my church family and preparing me for my career changing into full time vocational ministry. I would definitely recommend this programme!”
Caroline Millar (Ministry Trainee, 2015–16)
